Our 1 Ton/Hour Li-ion Battery Recycling System is designed for large-scale recycling of lithium-ion batteries, particularly soft pack types used in electric vehicles and energy storage. This advanced system processes up to 1,000 kg of batteries per hour, efficiently recovering valuable materials such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, and aluminum.

The system starts with a Single Shaft Shredder to break the batteries down into smaller pieces. The shredded material then undergoes processing in a Pyrolysis Furnace, where heat separates the valuable metals. A Baffle Sorting Unit and Magnetic Roller extract ferrous metals, while the Screening Unit ensures high-quality recovery of materials.

Safety and environmental protection are prioritized, with a Nitrogen Protection Unit ensuring a clean and safe recycling process. The system operates with high energy efficiency, consuming just 442Kw, minimizing costs while maintaining high throughput.

With a compact design of 50m x 12m x 8m, the system fits easily into industrial settings and is scalable to meet increasing demand.
